Fenomenal place to stay, exceeded all of my expectations, surely would return there

This was the third place we stayed in Madeira and was the best. A bungalow, off by itself in the upper part of Achadas da Cruz on the western side of the island. Perfectly suited to visit Ponta Moniz, Ponta do Pargo or the mid-road above Janela for the hiking. In fact easy to get to the southern towns along the coast. We went as far over ad Madalena from here. Lots of very good walking and hiking in reach of the house. It is also walkable to the cable car, though it is a good climb along the road back to the house. House was fully functional. Good bathroom, two bedrooms, small back garden area, beautiful little orchard with lemons and oranges, There is a gate separating the road from the house and only a not of traffic down the road. Clothes washer, good sized garage with a bike available, good facilities for barbecue and cooking for a good sized family or group outside. Staff very accessible by phone. Second of the MHM places we stayed and can't say enough positive about the service.

• Cozy wooden cottage with panoramic windows. You can just stay inside for the whole time and not regret a thing :) • Amazing views, especially from the infinity pool (although the water was cold at this time of year). • Breakfast has gluten-free options, which was life-saving for my wife who is allergic. • Daily cleaning done by very nice and caring employees. • Seamless check-in procedure, you just pick up the key from a safe box. • Convenient parking for 5 cars.

We had an amazing time here. The house is quietly located away from the main roads. The yard offers privacy from everyone around so you cam enjoy the pool and the garden in peace. The kitchen is fully equiped and there was nothing left to be desired. WiFi is good.

We stayed here a week, such a beautiful area away from the hussle and bustle of the city. Lovely and quiet, really good views and the house was just perfect for what we needed. Our host was great, check in was simple and straightforward and she made sure that we knew about things to do in the area along with good places to eat! Lots of areas to sit outside and also a BBQ to cook! We hired a car and the roads are really good, not far from anywhere. Would recommend and definitely come and stay here again! We loved this place! Excellent location for those who want to get out of the big city, and enjoy nature and peace. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view was breathtaking. The apartment and the garden of it are amazing. The stay was clean, well-maintained, and equipped. The have a smart TV, thus you can stream movies during the evenings! :D We spent an amazing time there, definitely would go there again!

What a wonderful & unique haven of peace this is. The view and the sunsets are simply outstanding, there is no noise around except for wildlife (and we love that). It is perfect if you want a calm stay in Madeira, while being able to drive around the island to discover it. Pictures may be enticing, but experiencing it is something else. Everything was clean and well equipped, the cottage is really welcoming thanks to its owners. Indeed, Graham & Kamila are amazing hosts, and beautiful people on top of that. It was lovely to chat with them and I am so glad we could share their love for this island and this place, be it for two weeks only. If I were to go back in Madeira, I would never think about going anywhere else.

The owner,the studio and the area were beautiful. It is basically a ranch and porto moniz is 20 km away. I liked it a lot.
