The hosts, Dani and his wife, were incredibly attentive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The guest house itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail in every aspect. The location of the guest house was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, Kasamigos offers partnered tour services and motorcycle rentals, making it convenient for exploring the area. Loved the feel. Walkable to the beach. They were proactive about our requests as a large group (ie, booking airport pickup shuttle, booking tours and van hires, making sure our daily breakfast orders were completed the night before). Breakfast was delicious and there was were various choices if you didn’t want Filipino everyday. Huge props especially as they were able to reach out to the tour operator to acquire our snorkeling equipment we forgot in the tour van.

The breakfast options they provide are pretty varied (and delicious), with the request to announce latest the evening before. Everything about my stay was amazing. It is a modest guest house so if you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not your option. However, the owner/managers Chris and Bambi were incredible. They have 15+ years of hospitality experience across the globe so the service, food and overall vibe of the place is a 10/10. I learned so much about local places and did a great tour of the city as well as an amazing night watching the fireflies. I had a very bad experience with an expensive jungle retreat hotel and Pinaluyan saved the day. 10 minutes from the airport. Hottest and most reliable showers I had in my 3 weeks in the Philippines with A/C and great homemade food. Thank you!!!
