Top ratings for cleanliness, the AC in the room is a great relief, the lady of the house, the host is very warm & helping, there’re lots of examples of local arts & artefacts, lovely plants. We loved the staff above all else. They were so friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful! We will miss the team at Villa Lu! They helped us to organize tours and welcomed us like family.
The room was spacious and we enjoyed the pool so much we didn’t want to leave the hotel. The food was excellent as well. Thank you!
The hotel was simply amazing! The staff made us feel like we were part of a big family. Our room was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The food was also very good. It's a bit hidden, but that wasn't an issue at all because they help you get affordable transportation every time you need it. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely stay at Villa Lu next time we visit Tarapoto 🌴❤️

Luis was nice and tried to do everything he could for us to have a nice stay (for example he took his moto to go to the village and buy a delivery for us). But it was his last day..
This is truly a home from home, thank you so much for the warm welcome we had from the owners and all the staff at Villa Lu, its a beautiful space set in a wonderful environment, splendid facilities and great value for money
