QX is a great place to stay and rest. It is so peaceful, clean, comfortable and safe. Food was delicious. Andrea and Alci made sure I was well looked after.Andrea's lovely energy and efficiency were so reassuring especially because I was on my own. Buganvilias is a well located house right outside Lima, we reached the location within a 40min drive. I would certainly recommend it. We enjoyed the calmness, views, nature and had a great family time. Our small dog enjoyed it too, and had plenty of space to play. I would certainly come back in my next trip to Lima.

The location is great! You’re close to everything central to Barranco. You’re staying above Augusto’s home so I felt very secure/safe. You get keys so you can come and go as you please. The place is spacious and has everything you need. I didn’t mind not having a kitchen—the fridge and microwave and water kettle are more than some other places. There was also a heater in each room which was appreciated as someone who runs cold and a hair dryer in the bathroom! The shower got hot quick. The breakfast was great. Augusto is a wonderful host, prompt to reply to messages and kind. He helped me with my heavy bag up and down the stairs. I will absolutely look to stay here again if I’m ever in Lima—and recommend it to folks coming. I stayed at a hotel in Miraflores when I first arrived and El Refugio was much better. Muchas gracias for a wonderful stay, Augusto!

You probably know or will soon get to know that Lima is a very noisy place and even an expensive hotel isn't a guarantee that you might enjoy calmness in the night or moreover during the day. But this is a very special place. It's quiet. It's calm and very tranquil. The owners are very friendly and try to make your life easier. The apartment is very clean too. The pictures of the apartment in the description fully correspond to the reality. The district where the apartment is, is very safe. There are local security guards and the state police takes care of the order too. The ocean is close and the beach is equipped with umbrellas, chairs and has shops with water and drinks. If you manage to book this apartment, I would say that you have luck during your stay in Lima
