Apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean! reall comfy bed with huge TV and modern kitchen though I didn't use it. Only negative is, it's interior and no views. But it's perfectly situated for the mall and for visiting all the sites of the area like Tanuf, Ruins, Jabreen Castle etc about 15 mins from souk and fort! Check out the parking outside the Souk at night for barbecue food vans that are mega cheap.

The Villa was very well organized and furnished. All the amenities provided were delightful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was also very nice. The best thing was that their TV had netflix too.
The location was nestled within a small village with incredible breathtaking views of the canyon that is right on the doorstep. The start of the 'balcony hike' was extremely close and I can't rate the views on the hike enough. The heritage home was comfortable and the food (especially the evening meals) was delicious. Mohsin and Nitish were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. They made the stay feel special and unique.
The pool was a big plus... everyone could use a dive after a day of hiking and discovering the region.. and the location was great..one hour radius from all the places worth visiting ( Jabel shams, Misfat Al abreyeen, Jabel Akhdar, snake Canyon, Jabreen castle, Bahla fort, Al hamra village, hoota cave, Birkat Al mawz and bait Safah ).
I enjoyed my stay, no problems, I would recommend it and stay there again. It's a nice little walk to the village & souq, convenient to have a breakfast option in-house, lovely cats, and the staff were able to connect me with a good tour provider to Jebel Akhdar.
Everything. The villa was newly refurbished so perfect in every way. Ideal location for all the sights of Nizwa and had the perfect host. He ensured we had everything we needed and was on hand at all times. Highly recomment this accommodation.
The hotel is in a convenient location where you can walk to the souk and the fort. Also it’s in an old village which is being rebuilt. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
