Very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Nice views. So close to the old village. Shamira gave fantastic information about the old town and the wonderful walks. Absolutely loved our stay. :)

Everything was perfect, the location and the views from the hotel was perfect. However, the best of the apartment was the owner Hamed and his family, the dinner and the breakfast were amazing, as well as his handmade honey. It was an incredible stay, we were really comfortable with Hamed

Hamza is the most amazing host. He took great car of us, even though we arrived much later than we planned. He prepared us a nice breakfast with great self made bread. The Inn is located in a quite edge of Al Hamra, but still not far from the center. Simple rooms but with very comfy beds.

What did I like? Well; where do I start.... the location is perfect, in the middle of the palms plantation. the guesthouse has been restored meticulously are represent 100% the traditional Omani family home. Breakfast was TOP and the amazing dinner was shared with host whom answered the multiple questions we had. The second night we had a lovely chat on the terrace and for me this was the highlight of my time in Oman. I left Al Hamra with a bit of sadness, but made my mind up that I will be back to visit Emina and her fantastic friends in the next few years. 10 on all accounts
