The location is great because in the middle of an old oasis and village. The very valuable thing of this hotel is that the owner (Abdulah) is on the premises ( while in most hotels the employees are indians), he knows his village and will take you through it and everything becomes so interesting and authentic !

Bait Al Aali is such a unique guesthouse. An old building but very well refurnished and comfortable. The room was super clean. And the bed was so comfortable. But most impressive thing during my stay was the host who was very kind and attentive. Two thumps up. Highly recommended.

The host was great, helpful and friendly. After my tiring hike took me to the restaurant by car and next day much further (to Bahla) than the standard drop-off point. He was also very knowledgeable about hiking routes. There is also a lot if information material available.
Room was spacious (even if it was full it would still be comfortable) and clean, so was the rest of the apartment. Kitchen is well-equipped. Views from my window were ok, nice mountain view, but also some building sites close by. Location was great for me, but it is not in the old Al-Hamra.
