The location is stunning, perfect spot to enjoy the sunset on the dunes and a starry night by the campfire. Hamood and Khalid are the perfect hosts, they make you feel at home and spoil you with good food. Highly recommended!

Clear directions Desert driving (we made it without issues with Toyota RAV 4, 4wd) The place it self - we were lucky to be alone; the host was very kind; we were given a plenty of delicious meals, unlimited water and other drinks; everything was clean and comfortable. Ome of the best stay in Oman, The simple tent without airconditioning was nice and not too hot (at least at night) even in mid may. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and a pleasure to talk to. Location is magic the sunset on the top of the dune close by is spectacular and the stars at night are so many … Really good dinner and breakfast I would be back anytime!

I spent two weeks in Oman but definitely this was the highlight of the trip. We were picked up by the owner from Al Wusta (as we didn't have a 4x4) and he drove us to the camp. There was only one group of friends and the rest of the camp was empty, which was nice as we chose this specific camp to relax and disconnect. Nice activities were offered (other guys did the dune bashing). The owner spent a really long time talking to us - he was the nicest person in the already very friendly country. The staff working there was very polite and helpful. Food options (including vegetarian!) were amazing, for the desert I think it was almost luxurious. I will always recommend this camp to everyone, it was really nice and peaceful. This camp is a gem of Wahiba Sands. And the tallest dune is located right next to the camp, which is a must to climb (although exhausting). The sunset was beautiful. The owner really cares about his business and the guest, as well as his staff.
