The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and clean, smack bang in the middle of Jackson Street. It is well looked after.
The amount it is able to sleep comfortably and privately is excellent for its price.
Heating was excellent and able to keep everyone warm during the bad weather we experienced.

We only stayed a night unfortunately, but we really enjoyed it. The peaceful atmosphere in the house, the warmth (we arrived on a windy and rainy day), the host Mark and his kindness and hospitality. The location is perfect for discovering Wellington using the cable car to get to town (5mins). We walked to the little Kelburn village centre nearby and had dinner at the pub. After that we had a very nice chat with Mark. The house itself is very tastefully furnished and the bathroom and kitchen spacious and modern. Everything was clean and there are no negatives to mention from our side. Instead of being „just another night“ at a motel, it was a very special time we will always remember. Thanks Mark!
