I arrived at the apartment much later in the day than expected after a long day of delayed travel arrangements. I walked in the door to find the heating on, pleasant music playing, and hot soup and toast waiting upstairs! As I said to the hosts, I felt like I'd just walked in to my mum and dad's house. Loved it, hosts were responsive and helpful, a very pleasant apartment to stay in for our work trip. Beautiful views over the rivers and mountains.

Two of the best things about my stay were the excellent service provided by the caretaker, Raefela, and the amazing view from the lodge. Raefela went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially when my son and I got severely sick and had to quarantine in the room for eight days. Despite the risk of getting infected herself, she offered help and cleaned my room every single day. However, despite the great view, I may not choose to stay at this lodge in the future.

We asked the hosts for help with organising several extra bits and pieces that we had sent to the Hotel for our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent location, short stroll to Arrowtown Village. Loved it and hope to go back for our next anniversary!
We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were really comfortable and the rooms warm, especially with the fire in the living area. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the village for dinner and drinks.

This stunning little cottage is a perfect location for both families or couples - it’s tucked away on the outskirts of Arrowtown, with only a short walk into the village .the cottage provides all the creature comforts including exceptionally comfortable beds , and the hosts have been the best we have ever encountered. They are non intrusive , but easy to contact and quick to respond to anything we needed .
We found the hotel very conveniently located close to the centre of Arrowtown. Our room was spacious and well equipped with thoughtful extras like the welcome cheese platter and wine. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess very friendly. A good choice for a visit to a charming village. Bonus extra - a washing machine and dryer in a cupboard in our room! Washing powder also provided… great for refreshing some stuff!
Our dream "home-away-from-home" when staying in Arrowtown! Quiet, tasteful, abundant, gracious, and gorgeous-- we absolutely love staying here (which we done a number of times). Beautiful gardens, welcoming host, five-minute walk into the charming, vibrant heart of the village.
