The family were exceptionally hospitable, always available to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond when helping us out. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Village View in Nagarkot. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the dal bhaat – it was fresh, organic, and absolutely delicious. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained. One of the most delightful aspects was the soothing sound of the small river nearby, which added a serene and calming touch to the overall ambiance. The owner Tisha and his wife are so welcoming. Tisha picked me up at the bus station, otherwise you'll need to walk a very tough road.

Lovely view overlooking the mountain. Well maintained compared to other properties out there. We walked past many other properties and this seemed the best one we saw by a considerable amount. Food prices were reasonable considering there were no other suitable options nearby. Room was lovely. Staff were nice and attentive. My room was ready and they let me check in early. Great view of sunrise by going up onto their top terrace , although you can see it from your room. Short walk to village if you need anything . Just a few hundred metres.
