We stayed in a room on the top floor with a private bathroom. The views from both rooms were amazing, and the bathroom was beautiful with great local products to use. We were able to make a filling breakfast every morning and it was nice to also have coffee/tea available in our room. Jack at reception was a wealth of knowledge about hikes in the area and gave us great advice for maximizing our time in Lofoten.

Everything was perfect on our stay in Catogården. The perfect place to stay and plan your time in the mountains, and even better for stormy days, with several cozy spaces in the house. We will be back for sure!

One of the most expensive accommodations during our stay in Lofoten. But unlike the others it was worth every single cent. Large, clean, comfortable apartment, furnished with great taste and with an enchanting view. The only disappointment was having booked only one night. Excellent does not do it justice, superlative is the correct adjective. If I were to return to the Lofoten Islands I would definitely try to return here

This was hands down one of the best properties that we have ever stayed in. Right next to the water, it was so awesome that we postponed our hike and ended up enjoying the stay and views from our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cabin has an old worldly charm about it. The staff were nice as well and they helped store our luggage after check out.

The location is beautiful and very peaceful to have the sea right in front of you. It is perfect for a short stay in this small town. The bed was nice and comfortable. Overall a great vibe!

New house very well positioned and with nice view. Private parking available.
Be careful: all Reine is no parking zone, but it's not well shown: only a little sign at the entrance of the village. A good way for the kommune to earn money at the expense of poor unaware tourists (fine is 900 NOK)
Beautiful setting in the lovely little village of Å.
The cottage had a really nice view, with big, panoramic windows overlooking the sea. Seagulls were the only noise.
Two bedrooms for privacy, sizeable living room with comfortable couch and armchairs. The kitchen was fully equipped, although there was no dishwasher.
Price was reasonable, given the location.
The location of the room I was in was fabulous! It was a corner room with 3 windows and we had a view of the beautiful, blue ocean. The room itself was bright, airy with ocean breezes, clean and spacious with 2 bunk beds, a couch, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. After visiting Reine which was packed with people and lots of car traffic, I was really glad I chose Å to stay in. Å is such a compact, charming, cute village. It's so easy to walk the whole village and go to the end of the E10 road and look out over the ocean.
Nice little cabins that could, however, have a bit more character and reflect the village's history. Then it would be even more memorable experience. The kitchen was ok equipped.
Very clean and comfortable. They have all equipment for cooking. Very convenient. We check in before time. Staffs are very nice. It is located in the beautiful small village A. Will be back in the hotel.
Nice little spot in Å, integral to the fishing village with actual (recreational) fishermen bringing in their catch every day. The place was full but we had no issues about access to the kitchen, bathrooms or common sitting area, we felt like we had them to ourselves.
Very nice house on a beautiful location in the village of Å with nice views on fishermans cabins at the right and on the left the sea. The house is spotless and equipped with high end appliances and furniture. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the terrace, again with comfortable and high-end furniture and a hammock. In addition, the host is very friendly and also organizes fishing trips!
I was only in Å for about 12 hours, but would have loved to stay longer. It is such a nice little village in an absolutely amazing location; and the same can be said for this accommodation. It is the budget equivslent of the Nusfjord Artic Resort; and I mean that as a compliment.
Location in the village is perfect, the cabin is more authentic than the usual ones, we can feel the old days within the walls of the small cabin. Checkin is autonomous, so no hour contraints. The view is gorgeous,
Spacious bedroom and living space. Beautiful view of the ocean and adjacent village. Easy check-in; do be careful to pay close attention to the email sent with instructions on where to find accommodations. Tight quarters in the kitchen, but the hostel wasn’t overly busy, so it was a non-issue. Enjoyed the coastal artwork in the room and hallway - it really had a nice home-like cozy vibe.
