We loved our stay here! We had a spacious bedroom (with comfy bed and pillows....thanks for providing the extra pillows), spacious bathroom and our own living room. Outside in the garden there is a large table where we could eat takeaways if we chose, however instead we made use of their two free bikes and cycled both nights 2 kilometres down the gorgeous treelined countrylane to the village where there are several excellent restaurants to choose from. The room is newly installed in the old barn part of the building, they have made an excellent job and made it look 'authentic'. They regularly hold garden tours, thats how nice it is. Super quiet. Breakfast is brought each morning on a trolly so we could eat when we wanted. Free parking. All in all a 10 out of 10!

We liked everything about our stay here. Our host was warm and friendly and very responsive to our questions. She immediately made us feel welcome. The room was lovely with modern conveniences and country charm as well. The comfort of the bed and the stillness if the location made it easy to sleep well and wake rested. The location in a large separate room above in a horse riding hall is very special. You have a wonderful vieuw over the fields seeing the horses grasing. The place is silent and clean and if you want you are for yourself. A hiking way through the open space and the water is nearby. You can canou or- you can take a riding lesson by the very friendly and helpfully owner and teacher. By car Groningen is easy to reach. So you are deep in nature and close to the city. Be prepared that the nice bathroom is to reach going to an other barn.
