This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Our host was very kind and speaks English. The apartment was clean with a lovely shower and well-equipped kitchen. There is a little deck outside with gorgeous rural views. It is very peaceful! There is a canal with paddle-boards which the kids loved. It is a short 10 minute drive to the tulip garden, 30 minutes to the train station to take you into the city, or 15 minute drive to the airport. It is conveniently located close to the main highway. Close to the airport but you would never know because the countryside is so very quiet. The beds are some of the most comfortable that I have slept in while living in Europe. So appreciated the use of the communal fridge to store our lunch supplies and the communal living area to visit with my family. The host was very helpful finding great places for dinner and information for parking garages close to Amsterdam. Delicious homemade bread every morning!
