It’s a wonderful historic house in the village of Grootschermer with all amenities. Location is perfect for car and especially bike trips throughout Northen Holland. It’s secluded and peaceful but within 5-minute drive to De Rijp where there is a super market and good bus connection to Amsterdam Central (2x per hour). There are a number of good restaurants ( in Grootschermer, Noordeinde and De Rijp) and lots of sightseeing attractions.

The apartment is beautiful. very close to the city center, the mall, the supermarket. Everything you need is by a walkable distance. easy to arrive. We enjoy our stay. Clean, the owner was very kind. if you want to visit Purmered, this apartment is the best place to stay.

Leeghwater was a very nice and comfortable accommodation in the countryside. The view from our patio was so tranquil and beautiful. It was very relaxing and such a charming setting. We were able to go for a long walk along the canal in this beautiful country setting. Loved it.
Middenbeemster is very well connected with Amsterdam. City bus 305 that can take you to the Amsterdam central station goes every 30 minutes, and you can get there in 35 minutes. Bus stop is 150 m from the hotel.
Village is very nice and sweet.
Hotel is really comfy and clean, and everything within seems new.
You can get a breakfast for 15 EUR per person and food selection is diverse.
Overall value for the money is very good compared to Amsterdam prices.
