De Achterdiek is by far the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed at! The rooms are spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The owners are lovely and super welcoming, they gave us a tour of everything right upon arrival and made us feel right at home. The place is idyllic and quiet, and there are a lot of adorable animals around the home. You definitely have to try the breakfast - it's incredibly delicious and offers everything from coffee and juice to eggs and a variety of bread. Everything is made with love and you can tell that they put a lot of effort in every detail. Everything is perfect and it will make you want to stay as long as possible. Thank you for having us, we loved to stay with you and will definitely come back!

We had an incredible time at this hotel during our trip to the Netherlands! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to make us feel at home. They welcomed us with a delicious homemade almond pie and a complimentary bottle of wine. The house and rooms were gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and filled with charming interior details. We very much enjoyed our stay in De Anselier. The breakfast was plentyful and very fresh, the room was super comfy (plus the bathroom is extremely roomy) and the beds were heavenly. The surrounding area is in the middle of the countryside, so rest is all around. Alma and Maarten were perfect hosts!

Great and cozy place to stay in a very nice town. The place was comfortable and nicely decorated and the bathroom was lovely. There was a nice living room with a kitchen with all necessary things and a full fridge with items to purchase. The breakfast is served in the room at the agreed timing, and you can have it inside or outside. Easy to park in front as its a residential neighborhood (or even inside if needed). The guests were really nice and also provided help finding some restaurants!

we really loved how big it was, and how idyllic the location was. It was really peaceful sitting outside at the tables in the sun. Also the kitchen space and its size was really great for a big group; and sitting around the TV/ in the living room space was quite nice to relax after a long day.
