It is fully equipped and the owner, Nynke, is quick to respond on messages and flexible, so we picked up our key at the time that best suit us. House has a big sunny garden and a private access to boat marina, a perfect place to start your day with the calming birds sound. It is close to Sneek, a cute place nearby with a lot of restaurants.

The breakfast was good and simple. Bread, cheese, cuts of meat,. Also yoghurt, orange juice and sweet roll, and a hard boiled egg. (from their own chickens). Fresh fruit also on tray. Coffee and tea was available in the room always, along with cream and sugar. The couple who owned the home were very friendly, available and helpful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Also sink and utensils. A separate bathroom down the hall from your room, very comfortable, clean, and with very nice tub and shower.( this room for your use only so complete privacy).

Location, location, location. With a small baby in tow, we were able to enjoy our weekend trip to the fullest because the apartment is centrally located. Easy access to supermarkets, bars, markets, shopping, and parking area. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a good kitchen, dining, and TV area. The bed is also very comfortable. Shower area has a big space so that's also a plus. Just a note that the sleeping area is not separated by a door. We also appreciated AnneMarie's hospitality. Communication with her was easy. Breakfast at ByPeek was amazing! And it was delivered fresh to our room. What a service! The room also has an aircondition so it's a good place to stay during summer!
