We loved it - it was ideal for us. Right opposite the station. We arrived by bus from edam in the morning and we were able to leave our bags which was great. Very convenient for everything. Really nicely renovated and in keeping. The courtyard outside is a bonus- to sit and have a drink. A fridge and microwave so all we needed. The bedrooms are lovely.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast.💫 The room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Great location overlooking the Hoorn Marine. Amazing bathroom/shower/spa bath. The hostess (Ria) is a beautifully friendly woman. Very accommodating to your needs and serves a really nice breakfast each morning to the room. I had an excellent stay in Bed and Breakfast Hoorn and it was a memorable time and one of my favorites in my all travels around. Hennie and staff are such wonderful and warm people. I didn't need to request anything but everything is there for visitors and the breakfast made by Hennie was very delicious and thoughtful about the amount of food and so many varieties of stuff on the table from the morning. It's definitely better and most of the hotel breakfasts I have ever tried. As soon as I walked in the house, starting from the floor was so warm and cozy ( imagine very cold weather outside). Hennie is genuinely welcome to me with a big smile. She is a very happy person and I could tell how happy she is to interact with her guests. Thank you so much Hennie. You're a true gem and treasure to everyone walks into your place. I really hope to see whenever I get a chance to go to the Netherlands. Take care there:)

This is a historic house at convenient location. It is so easy for us to access nice restaurants, public carpark and site-seeing spots. The house is huge for six of us and the balcony is the nicest area. The stairs is quite sheep so it is quite challenging for elder. The house seems lack of maintenance, i.e. TV or remove control is not working, some lights was dark and the kitchen could be better organized. The beds are too soft for us. One of the bed had been fall off when my niece aged 9 slept on it. Shower water was hot enough. Overall, it was a nice house and the owner is so nice too.
