Great location for exploring either Germany or the Netherlands. Apparently located directly above a bar and restaurant but there was no excessive noise. In fact we ate there and had a few drinks.

What a beautiful gem in the Dutch countryside. The rooms are beautiful and the hospitality great. We enjoyed walking around the area and seeing the highland cows at the nearby forest. The view from the big windows are breathtaking especially waking up to the mist this morning. If we lived closer we would have been back again. Thanks for s lovely stay.

The property is set in stunning countryside and offers secure parking for a motorbike (closed barn). The room and bathroom were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was fabulous and had a jacuzzi bath (very relaxing). Outside had a lovely seating area in which to enjoy the warm evenings.
The breakfast was delivered to our room at a time of our choosing and was FANTASTIC! The best continental breakfast I have had in a very long time.
Bob, our host was charming, so helpful and welcoming. We loved staying here and if we return to the area, we will definitely book in again. Thank you Bob ( and Tessa the dog) for a truly wonderful stay.
It's like a decent studio on the edge of the village. it has a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom, and great privacy. the little stream with willows behind it looks just lovely.
The lady who is the owner is so cooperative, well-organized.. she was waiting us infront of the apartment,, she welcomed us and showed us around,gave us so guidence and directions.. the village is so nice and quite I wish if I had booked more nights.. the apartmebt is so clean and nice
No breakfast provided apart from the free coffee which was welcome. Self catering room so microwave kettle and fridge really handy. Very quiet rural village with nice countryside
