We loved our stay here! We had a spacious bedroom (with comfy bed and pillows....thanks for providing the extra pillows), spacious bathroom and our own living room. Outside in the garden there is a large table where we could eat takeaways if we chose, however instead we made use of their two free bikes and cycled both nights 2 kilometres down the gorgeous treelined countrylane to the village where there are several excellent restaurants to choose from. The room is newly installed in the old barn part of the building, they have made an excellent job and made it look 'authentic'. They regularly hold garden tours, thats how nice it is. Super quiet. Breakfast is brought each morning on a trolly so we could eat when we wanted. Free parking. All in all a 10 out of 10!

Beautiful apartment in excellent location close to the supermarket, bus station and very nice park. Friendly staff, there was a tea time on selected date with the view at the 8th floor with the marvelous views of the city. They sell cakes, and it was the best cake we ever had in Groningen! I give them 10 points for having a fully functional kitchen for my family, which really made a big difference having to attend my son's graduation together with my whole family from another country. We would love to come back and recommend this place.

This was the true highlight of the trip. Eliza, the houseboat owner, was extremely hospitable and accommodating. She made every effort to assure that the houseboat was in perfect order for us. She even had a bottle of champagne for us. The accommodations were amazing and extravagant. We wish we had more time to enjoy it.

We liked everything about our stay here. Our host was warm and friendly and very responsive to our questions. She immediately made us feel welcome. The room was lovely with modern conveniences and country charm as well. The comfort of the bed and the stillness if the location made it easy to sleep well and wake rested. Breakfast was delicious and is highly recommended consisting as it did of a tray loaded with amazing, delicious, home made, farm fresh breakfast goodies served to our room at a time we specified.
