Arrive and feel good. The owner is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. Free filtered water is always available and hot drinks can also be prepared in the communal kitchen. Many teas and coffee is available. Even toast jam and eggs we could use. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and leave nothing to be desired. We say thank you for the great time we were able to spend here as a family!

We truly had a great stay at Mr. Shafie place. The location couldnt be better, it is central and near to everything. 3mins walk to the beach, night market, dozens of restaurants & cafe’s. Although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quite! This apartment itself is stylish and modern, and was very clean, near the lift and very convenient. Mr. Shafie was very helpful & friendly, he’s super host! We love every minute of our visit and will definitely coming back and recommend everyone we know to this wonderful place.

Comprising a garden and barbecue facilities, Panoramic Seaview Holiday Home - Batu Ferringhi is a recently renovated accommodation in Batu Ferringhi set close to Miami Beach.
The location is a bit outside the village and there is a path down to the public beach. Jelly fish! But the pool makes it up. Due tot the location it is quite. But you need private transport to go to the village for dinner. Breakfast buffet was fine.
Staff nice and helpful eventhough not all speak english. Rooms have "partial sea view", from the sides of the hotel.
Clean, friendly, very informative..suitable to person who likes serenity and village view
