It is very spacious for people to gather, and the extra tables and chairs given made it even more comfortable for us to have makan makan. Ample of space for car park also. Quiet neighbourhood and kids had a great time in the pool. Only 1 room on the 1st floor. All other 5 rooms were on the ground floor. So it's convenient for elderly people..

Comfy bed and rooms, you feel like you are at your own home. It's location is easy for us to find food and near to Lost World of Tambun. This house is very clean.

My honest comment.... The good: Air con are fully operational (all three) Fridge- there are three fridges for customer's convenience The "not so good": Before opening the main sliding door.... funny smell (hapak) probably old stuff was left in this house. Main toilet... not flush.... very bad smell. Probably from previous customer. Lots of owner's useless stuff was left in the house...could be the main reason where the smells coming from. No towel provided. Sofa with dirty stain. No internet (one of the important facilities) Hygiene.... overall very poor. When you are at the living room... you will hear clearly the sound of water flows from the upper bathroom (if someone taking a bath)
