Being honest the cleaning and comfortable conditions of the apartment are good for the value of the money spent but the facility IT'S NOT SAFE AT ALL, STAY AWAY FROM IT! I have being robbed of my whole backpack (with passport, credit cards, a drone, a camera, clothes and all my most precious personal belongings) directly from my room while I was outside and exactly the last night of my stay. Coincidence or bad luck? Well it's hard to know since the property didn't take any responsibility. They didn't provide any insurance and they didn't offer any assistance even in checking the only CCTV system present inside the structure (no camera presence outside the building to protect their customers).

The location was in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of great places within a 20min walk away. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

The place is calm and clean and the family who owns the house is really welcoming and kind.
It is an ideal place if you want to relax and feel like home. It is central between chacultepec Avenue and the center and they are enty of busses at the corner of the street and j the street around. So if you look for a place where to feel like home, where it is quiet and caring people, it is the place.
Also Anna is a good cook so of you stay a bit, you could ask her to make you some food (her other business).

Villa Escondida is absolutely wonderful. It is in a great location on the main street but is a quiet, beautiful oasis with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a stunning garden and pool and lovely owners. Highly recommend!!
This was my second stay at Villa Ganz. It’s a lovely, perfectly located property in Guadalajara. The design is beautiful and the rooms and common areas are all very nice, and the staff is exceptional. I’ve greatly enjoyed my time there and highly recommend it for a stay in Guadalajara!
This place is a bedroom villa and I guess the best way to describe it is as an elevated hostel.
I got the room with my own bathroom, but there are showers available for those that don’t. I checked them out anyway and they were clean and nice and private.
There is a common area for lounging, dining and a full kitchen you have access too.
The location was central to lots of markets and sights to see.
The host was attentive and accommodating. He found a place for me to do yoga!
The breakfast was great! But I thought it would be included in the price. The staff was excellent - helpful, informative, effective, friendly. Once they have completed the renovations, Villa Ganz will be a very charming place.
a beautiful charming villa with a peaceful hideaway garden, total tranquility in a lively quaint neighbourhood. Had the best stay, walkable to restaurants, shops and bars. Staff were lovely and accommodating, breakfast was luxury, highly recommend the hotel and area. it was a dreamy way to start our holiday.
everything about Villa Ganz is special. the architecture is gorgeous, the garden is lush and full of beautiful plants (pomegranate trees! oleander!). The location is perfect. I will stay here every time I come back to Guadalajara.
