We are from Germany and booked the apartment for our family vacation (2 adults, 2 kids) in Prčanj. The apartment is newly renovated and really lovely. Enough space, even for more than 4. It has 3 comfortable, well equipped, sleeping rooms and a a big kitchen/living room to come together. The bathroom has everything you need, incl. a washing machine. Parking place and terrace in front of the apartment. The hosts are very nice, helpful and always answer open questions in short time. Everything needed is around in short walking distance. It takes you not even 1 minute to the sea (exactly as what you see on the pictures). Our kids and we loved to stay at Luka’s apartment and hope to come back next year.

Host was quick responsive and helpful. They helped us a lot. House is well equiped and comfortable. More over then those it was so clean. Close by the sea. Nice environment and balcony view.

A stunning property, located approximately 4.5 km from Kotor, offers a breathtaking view from the terrace, especially at night when all the town lights surrounding Kotor Bay are illuminated. The view is truly amazing. All amenities, including kitchen equipment, are very useful. The apartment is completely new, and the furniture is new as well. Rooms with new beds are very comfortable with wardrobes. All rooms are equipped with TV sets. You can communicate with the owner in English. The most important thing is having private parking near the property, which is very convenient. The property, located in Prčanj, is very close to Kotor and can serve as a starting point for all visitors' trips. Nearby restaurants and bakeries are very convenient when it comes to planning your meals and accommodations. The owner is very lovely and has a great knowledge of the best local restaurants and places to visit. Thank you, Katarina, for all your kindnesses. We hope to visit you again!

The apartment was better than expected very clean and bright, spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen area is indeed tight, however fully equipped and you get a hang of it quickly. The view is breathtaking and terrace is very spacious! Overall amazing communication and support from the house manager and the host - Smilja made sure we get to the grocery store on time on Saturday night, as all of them are closed on Sunday. During ohr stay we booked a boat tour woth Rijo and they picked us up at Vila Marija, which was super convenient, as its right next to the apartment and there is no need to suffer the traffic while getting to Kotor. We also absolutely enjoyed the sweet and purry house guests, make sure you stock up the fridge with quality cat food!

The apartment is pretty comfortable, rooms are very spacious. Although, the apartment is a perfect fit for up to 3-4 people. Being located on the ground floor, we could use both the front and side porches with garden sets, lounge chairs and parasols, aside from the fact that the apartment has its own terrace with a table and two chairs. The apartment is located only 50 m uphill from the sea side. The apartment has no parking space of its own (as it was noted to us prior to our booking), but I could easily find the parking place each day of our stay in front of the old "Pension Riviera" building and "Bokeški gušti" restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with a family atmosphere and amazing sea view. Milivoje Sovran (the host) is friendly and nice. The room is very clean, with kitchen, huge shower. Outdoor excellent breakfast near the see. I absolutely recommend this hotel for a good rest in Montenegro.
