The feeling of this place is like to be "at home" of someone, very inviting, comfortable, cosy atmosphere, especially if to look around the house. Through the windows You can see fields, river, forests, amazing 👏 It was especially wonderful in winter - drive to and back home from this place was like a visit to a wonderland. What I also really appreciated is how warm we were greeted. House has everything what You might need to serve the food, cook something, have a good night sleep and cosy evening by the fireplace. What I also enjoyed is that we didn't even see the neighbour's at all, it was allowed to listen to the music until whichever time and relax the way You want it. And the hot tub. Get the hot tub if You're renting the place! It was a nice treat for body and mind. To sum up, thank You for an amazing time, would love to get back and check the place in summer;))

The place is great and very peaceful. We had a room booked with a hot tub in the terrace which we enjoyed very much as it is always ready to be used. The view from the terrace to the lake is beautiful, especially during the sunset hours. The place was clean and well looked after. Highly recommend having their breakfast as you get to try all their homemade food such as lavender olives, butter, oil, lavender lemonade, desert and etc. The lake is perfect for kayaking and swimming.

Ideaalne asukoht, järv kohe maja juures, et saab ujumas käija. Kui tahta liivaranda, siis 2min jalutust veidi edasi ja oled rannas. Mänguväljak ka kohe maja juures ja teine ranna pool. Toidupoed pole ka kaugel (iki ja maxima) ning pubi, kus saab süüa (kiriku vastas-kirikuplats on linna sildiga väga ilus vaadata ja jalutada). Puhas ja hubane,ruumikas. Voodipesu ja rätikud olemas, vajalikud nõud toidu valmistamiseks, mikrouun, veekeetja, külmik toidu hoiustamiseks, pliit ahjuga toidu valmistamiseks ja vajamineva tarvikud (potid, pannid, labidad jm), isegi õli, sool, tee olid olemas kapis. Pesemisvahendid ka olemas (šhampoon ja dušigeel). Voodid olid väga mugavad, mahutab isegi rohkem inimesi majutama😉põrandapinnale mahub veel vähemalt 3-4inimest (2 eraldi voodiga tuppa 2in ja elutuppa ka 2in), et kes viitsib kaasa vedada vajamineva ja on piiratud eelarvega, saab väga hea majutuskoha hea hinnaga ka nt 2 perele😇meid oli 5 (1 pere) ja ruumi jagus veel. Omanik on väga tore noor naisterahvas, kes elab ise Vilniuses(kui ma ei eksi), räägib inglise keelt, niiet kes vene keelt ei oska, saab kenasti hakkama. Meie olime 2 päeva asemel 3 ehk võtsime 1 öö juurde😊. WiFi olemas, telekas erinevad kanalid sh laste kanal, muusikakanal. Rõdu vaatega järvele.

This place has a soul. All is decent plus humorous little surprises of art. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, was truly cosy to be there and eat while crickets were cirping. Nature sounds and cats purring. The cat represented the hosts with friendliness and cute catlike elegance. Then we went inside and slept very well. Till the roosters started singing contest. One of us had to close the roof window, but other rooms were quiet. I heard nothing, l rested very well. In the morning I came outside to walk barefoot in the garden. The cat greeted me and accompanied me while I got into magical art experience. Little romantic corners with grape vines and ivy, metal sculptures and installations with little quirk. Metal and glass peacock, flying metal angels, sitting man of bronze at the well, humorous metal frog and many other figures, installations and lovely benches, thrones and hard to describe creations. I really liked to walk through the magic of art and surprises accompanied by the cat, listening the sounds of nature, different birds waking up greeting the sun and of course, tireless roosters. I saw a mini plum tree, full of fruits, picked some ripe fruits from the grass. Tasty! Others came outside. One of us shared a grim tale how she peeked out of window at the night and saw the people outside around the house, garden full of strange figures, till her sleepy brain realized that they are not moving, they ain't people... I wish the cat understood the humour.

One of the biggest positive surprises of our bike trip through Latvia. Wonderful place, full of positive energy. Patrick is a great host who cares a lot about his guests making them feel comfortable. There are also 2 sweet dogs we felt in love with from the first sight!

A fantastic and quiet setting, a really friendly host and everything I needed for a brief stay. The bed was really comfy. I was travelling alone but the house could easily hold a couple of families!!!
