The stay here was good! We had an early check in and booked a room with fan only and it was alright, we didn’t need an AC. The location is close to restaurants and surfing schools. Markets and shops are nearby, max 5min walk. Would recommend.

The place was very clean and beautifuly designed. Big rooms with private showers and balconies. Best shower I've had in Sri Lanka - hot water and water pressure was perfect. Very nice welcoming hosts.

We had a lovely stay at South House being looked after so well by Anke and her team. This was our treat to ourselves at the end of our time in Sri Lanka and it was the perfect place to relax!
The pool is stunning and the seating area is really lovely to sit and unwind. Breakfast was lovely and the room itself was so comfy and thoughtfully designed. The shower deserves a mention, I miss it!

I never give a 10 on my review but it felt like il be doing injustice if I don’t because this property was so good especially the villa we took, the view and rooms everything was just perfect.
This place was simply amazing - I could keep on raving about it and it wouldn’t even justify the experience at Eraeliya Villas & Gardens. Sundan and the rest of the staff were simply amazing in their way of making us feel welcome and home. The facilities were worth every dime and I’d love to go back some time.
Nice villa in a quiet part of Weligama, yet only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The host was super friendly and made us feel at home. Even though their English was limited, we had no issues communicating via WhatsApp. The washing machine was also a massive bonus! We will definitely be coming back!

The location is quite far from city. But still accessible. The villa is beautiful. But typical old sri lankan home style. The villa is huge. There is only 1 A/C room. Two bathroom’s available. But one is outdated. Cannot use. The surrounding is beautiful. The villa surrounded by Paddy Fields. There is huge garden. Lot of peacocks are in that garden. There is one worker in that villa. He is very helpful. He will cook for yourself if you wants to make food.
Big clean beautiful room with clean spacious bathroom. Excellent water pressure in the shower. We stayed during the off season so it was quiet which we loved. The pool was nice to have as the close by sea was very rough. Staff was friendly especially Baty. He organised a scooter for us to hire and had local tips for us. We can recommend the tropical Villa and would definitely stay again.
Very large and nice Villa with two appartments. We were lucky that the second appartment was not in use so we had the pool and the Villa for us alone. Wifi was very good. The pool was phantastic. The terassa was awesome.
We loved our stay at New Bay View Villa. The location right on the beach with incredible sea views from our room and the restaurant overlooking the water - was idyllic. It is off-the beaten track and isolated, but perfect for a two night stay to just chill and relax after busier beaches like Hiriketiya. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Food in the restaurant was very good. Short walk to cute Jungle Beach where there is a nice cafe. Beds were very comfortable and large.
I love this place so much I’ve revisited several times. The villas have an old colonial feel with lots of character, and they’re located amidst beautiful gardens. There’s lots of nature to watch and a really relaxed, comfortable vibe. The staff are really friendly and the breakfasts are good. The guesthouse is located in a quiet location away from main roads. Walking distance to great beaches and several good, local restaurants.
One of the best holiday home in SriLanka.Enjoyed the comfy beach front resort with amazing host and sea breeze.Reasonable cost effective for a lovely evening stay.no complaints as everything was perfectly designed for a relax stay.Bit hard to book as limited availability,but won't disappoint if you stay there a night.
