This little paradise was probably the most beautiful accommodation we have ever had on our countless trips. The owner, Damith, has lovingly planted and decorated the entire property, from the house to the garden, so that you can only feel at home. It was also great for us to have the lovely dog Romi and his ducks and rabbits around us. We were greeted with a delicious drink and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Even after a month in Sri Lanka, he was still able to surprise us with new delicacies. The house itself is fantastic, the bed very comfortable and we really liked the bathroom with the waterfall shower. This accommodation is something for anyone who doesn't like staying in hotels and appreciates peace and privacy, which you have plenty of here. The fantastic Thalpe beach is a five-minute walk away. Here, too, you can unwind and hardly any tourists find their way here. Instead, you can watch the locals fishing and relaxing. There are also plenty of good restaurants here for a delicious meal in the evening. This accommodation is something special and we can only recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely amazing place, the owner and the stuff. As soon as we entered we saw the message "Divine will show you the way". And Divine is really perfect name for this villa. Amazing view, fantastic nature, smiles everywhere. Every detail, inside and out are amazing. It is really hard to pick something and say "ok, this is amazing", because really, everything is. We are going to come again, for sure.

Rosi and her family were the most humble, caring and accommodating people. They took excellent care of us, making us feel comfortable and at home for the duration of our stay. The food was delicious, especially the tasty omelettes and fruits in the morning. The chicken curry and rice we had for dinner was so good, we had it every night of our stay. We loved the pool - a refreshing place to swim to cool us down from the heat. It was amazing to see monkeys, peacocks, chipmunks and all sorts of wildlife from our balcony. The location was also great being tucked out of the way l and felt local. It was a convenient bus ride away from Galle Fort. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here, especially the hosts and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you 🙏.

Lara’s place is a perfect place for a beach getaway and we felt really good and welcomed here. The owners were super nice, we got a huge breakfast every morning with freshly squeezed juices, enjoyed on a terrace with sea view. The rooms are cozy, they have both a fan and AC, bathroom has free toiletries and we got free water refills.
They helped us a lot on our last day with a late check-out; we could leave our bags while we went to the beach and they even let us shower when coming back. Such sweethearts.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The room is decorated with impeccable taste, it’s spotless, spacious, beautiful, and has everything you need and more. I also love the location — it couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Unawatuna, yet it feels completely secluded thanks to the jungle area with plenty of monkeys and a lake, giving you a true sense of disconnect.
I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach towels, hats, and beach bags they provide. They really pay attention to every little detail. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation, and I will if I return to Unawatuna. Out of all the places we saw in the area, this was by far the best one, hands down.

Everything about The Nil Ralla Villa was exceptional. They really did a wonderful service for us and made us feel comfortable in each and every single second. They were always on time but never disturbed our privacy at any given time. Simply it was a great vacation for us.
The room was lovely with a beautiful view and balcony to enjoy the sea below. It was very clean and had comfortable linen and a great AC and fan! The staff were all friendly and went the extra mile to help when I asked if we could use the main fridge to keep things cool. There were great restaurants to Tuk Tuk to for amazing dinner which were less than 3km away! The pools to swim in, in front of the villa were great and there was a lovely calm bay.
The villa is located in talpe. It is very secure and private. The building is newly renovated and the interior looks immaculate. Defo gonna stay there if we swing by Galle.

Stunning villa with great architecture ! The villa has a great location with easy access to the beach and just 10 mins away from Galle fort.. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the villa was very clean and of exceptional standard. In addition the food was amazing, we had Sri Lankan food as well as more Western cuisines and it was probably the best food I had during my trip to Sri Lanka. Most importantly the rooms were spacious and clean and had great views overlooking the beach . Really enjoyed my stay at Candella House.

Absolutely all... Hosts were the best people we met during our trip across Srí Lanka. Host are very friendly, always with smile. Helping you with everything you want. Their smiles we will remeber forever. You can choose from english and local breakfast, we tried both. Local breakfast are very great i can recommend them. Beach is 1km ahead by walk, where is also many restaurants if you want. If we will go again to Srí Lanka, for sure we will visit again Villa Talpe <3
