Suresh was very friendly and helpful. The room had very comfortable beds and pillows, and the air conditioner was very efficient, making the stay very comfortable with two small children. The area was quiet and off the main road. Wifi was fast and consistent.

House Interior surroundings and room was quite nice and clean. Bathroom was a bit small but ok. We had to request for toilet paper, other than that shampoo, conditioner and towels were kept for us. House owners were hospitable. We felt a bit congested because of the tight spacing in the house. Otherwise the house looked pleasant.

Our family of five had a very pleasant stay at Shiromi’s place. We stayed there for almost three weeks. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Shiromi was also a responsive and courteous host. Much recommended!

The host, Suren, makes all the difference. While this is a very chilled out place, and overall stay was comfortable and worthy of the money you pay, Suren's customer service transcends that of 5 star hotel. He makes you feel like a VIP and always proactive with his services. I am a digital nomad who does loads of travelling around the world, hands down, this is this best customer service I ever received. Suren and his wife would do anything make your stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

No food was provided. Short walk to the Galle Road for breakfasts of our choice. the rooftop floor with pool was a lovely quiet place to relax in. The view was a treat and there were no mosquitoes. Top marks for the AC. never let us down in the humidity. The supplied drinking water was a surprise, very convenient.

Lake Villa by Carlsen was a lovely place to stay with my family. Breakfast was great and Isuru and Rohitha cooked us some wonderful meals and took care of us during our stay. We definitely preferred their cooking to takeaway. The villa is lovely and modern and has a good family room upstairs with AC and nice views of the lake. Wifi worked well and netflix was active on the TVs. Fishing gear was also available.
