We really enjoyed the entire property, especially the pool area. The rooms were spacious. The staff were prompt and very helpful. Special thanks to Mr Chanaka. We had an incredibly relaxing 4-night stay at Bay Villas on the last leg of our honeymoon trip. The location is absolutely stunning with a perfectly secluded sea view looking west which made for some breathtaking sunsets. The whole villa was beautifully furnished with more than enough space for the two of us.
The Bay Villas team who looked after us during our stay were amazing, very welcoming and always on hand for us. They also helped us plan some excursions to do a river safari and to visit the turtle sanctuary.
The best part however was the magnificent food! We’ve eaten some truly incredible Sri Lankan food during our two weeks in Sri Lanka, but the food at Bay Villas managed to top it all! Every single meal got a wow from us, and from such a variety of Sri Lankan dishes. They’d always check in with us for what they planned to cook for the next meal and ensured they catered to our dietaries and tastes.

Great location and value for money! The beach is extremely clean in front of the Villa and the Villa itself is quite beautiful. Had a wonderful time staying here. Nirasha, the property owner, helped us with transport from the airport and was a lovely host! The property is 10 mins from Hikkaduwa centre. Tuk tuks are easily available from the main road to the city centre.

We stayed at Sea Yo Villa for a week. The family of five (two adults and three children) enjoyed our vacation. Villa is neat, clean and lovely. It has a nice location and marvelous views on the ocean. We appreciated our breakfast outside in the mornings. Private beach is across the street.
Villa owner is friendly, open hearted and helped us with all issues: starting with advices on restaurants and places to visit and finishing with transfer to airport.
