The family is absolutely stellar. As soon as you come in to the house, the well-oiled machine starts running; you get the wifi code, sweets, handmade bread and amazing homecooked meals while the kids (and dogs!) run around. We had an issue with paying for tolls on Kazakh roads which our hosts solved for us too!
