The hosts were amazing with us and each guest. Their kindness and care gave a homely feeling to the experience. They really took the time to make our stay special. We only stayed one night but we completely felt at home. The place itself was also fantastic, although it’s a hanok stay and you might think it doesn’t have all comforts, we felt comfortable, had all we needed and had one of our best nights of sleep here. If you want a real Korean guesthouse experience, this super sweet grandmother will welcome you with open arms. She is extremely cheerful and hospitable and will make sure you never go thirsty or hungry and have a good sightseeing plan. We appreciated the ramen and watermelon breakfast and her kind offer to do laundry. Watching the Olympics with her (and the help of Google translate), ranks up there with one of our best memories of Korea.

Very quiet and relaxing place. It is located 20 minutes from the city, so it is a perfect place to take a break from the crowd. Very clean and comfortable, the bedroom is huge and it has kitchen appliances and private bathroom. You have to bring your own food as there is not restaurants near by. It would be better if you have your own car, because public transportation is a bit difficult. However, you can also call a taxi (not very easy if you don’t have a local phone number). Thankfully, the owner Mr Lee is the most amazing host!!! He will help you with everything, general information about transport, attractions, food. He is very kind and will look after you always, he made us feel so welcome in his house that we can not wait to come back :)

Harry, the host, was very kind and helped us make the most of our one-day visit in Gyeongju by making good recommendations and helping with organizing transportation. The host was kind and welcoming, giving us a tour of the place. The nearby village was authentic and peaceful, perfect for a walk. We stayed in their guest house while they resided in the main home. I brought my parents, and they enjoyed their stay. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained.

A great experience. We stayed in an apartment villa with two rooms with private bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and an enclosed terrace with indoor pool. This is definitely one of the best accommodations I have visited in Korea.

Location of the accommodation is really good, as it is along the main street of the "old town" of Gyeongju. Archaeological sites and the traditional hanok village are very close by, as are many restaurants and cafes. The modern city centre is further away but also at a walkable distance. The host is very helful and friendly.
Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, big double spa bath and swimming pool below the balcony. Hot spa bath in the room was free to use despite what we read beforehand.
Bed on a low ceiling mezzanine was very comfortable.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
10 minute walk to property from bus stop through endearingly quirky village. Very upmarket cafes nearby on side of the reservoir.
