We had a huge room with a wrap around terrace. Very comfy bed. Manon was a wonderful hostess. Providing sun cream for our teenager, ordering us a takeaway when it rained and having a well stocked fridge of cold drinks and beer. Stunning garden. A real pleasure to stay there.

Property located in a new fancy building full of arrogant and rude Chinese expats wearing fake Louis Vuitton clothes. Probably owned and operated by the Chinese mafia, who seem to run everything in Sihanoukville.
At 1AM one night, a threatening Chinese man came in asking us to open the door, or else. He only backed down when we threatened to call security. At 3AM, a crazy Chinese lady was laughing hysterically in the hallway.
We had a couple of brief power outages on days 1 and 2, which were quickly resolved. The hosts are Russian and they are nice. The appartment was spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It is small but functional.

The Villa was exceptional and well presented. Nice swimming pool to cool down during the hot weather.
The duty manager Mr Way was very friendly and helped us with free bike rental and taxi into Sianoukville
I highly recommend staying at Manoha Villa if you staying in Sihanoukville, the city its self was a challenging circumstances around because it's economy at the moment (2024) but this beautiful villa offers a truly immersive experience. The manager goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, safe, and helpful during their stay. It is a cozzy and charming place with a lovely pool.
All the Accomodations were very nice, pod village , villas ,hotel rooms , there is great spa, through cleaning, not bad breakfast, the territory is huge and green,sea-view pool is amazing. I like the idea that we could me picked up and dropped off by golf cars, staff comes immediately and it feels as well like a different kind of journey. Parking is available literally next to your room. We didn’t do much facilities because it’s actually an issue of Sihanoukville itself,but the staff was always kind and welcoming

Couldn't fault it. Cleverly laid out & beautifully landscaped, first impressions were Oh Wow, pool, loungers, hammocks, palm trees & bougainvillea, choic3 of sun or shade, lovely bar & dining area, good menu. Staff were efficient, attentive & friendly, the ensuite room was spotless & very comfortable. Tasteful decor & thoughtfully appointed communal areas, books to borrow & free water too.
Villa Blue Lagoon punches way above its price bracket, couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Chen and Romain were fantastic hosts, and they made us feel really welcome throughout our stay.
We had booked the standard room which we found, was spacious, very clean and comfortable.
To be honest, Manoha Villa exceeded our expectations. Help was given when we needed a pharmacy, and all our needs were very well taken care of. It was an oasis in the middle of the city. We can not recommend Manoha Villa highly enough.
Clean spacious Villas, great swimming Pool & very private. Those Villas are great to relax, have 2 beautiful bathrooms and an Outdoor seating area with moutain View.
The Gym is great for workouts and offers good machines
The breakfast was ala carte and Not very much to Order so Not worth the value.
Although Sihanoukville is a little bit unobvious destination in Cambodia, Sahaa Beach Resort is worth of recommendation. Service was good, staff really nice and helpful. Hotel has absolutely gorgeous lobby, very pleasant for evening coctail or beer. Rooms are ok, spacious, located in villas in the garden. Swimming pool, although rather small, is really nice
Authenticity of the place and village, you can really see how khmer fishery villagers live. If you want to escape from reality for few days - it’s absolutely the place to stay.
