The house was nicely decorated and i feel standard for japanese traditional house. Shoji door is nice, tatami floor is nice. Very roomy but be careful for lots of stairs and many people can stay, but only 1 toilet room and 1 shower room. Kitchen is very nice and clean, but no need to use! The beds feel soft at first, but feel very nice and i got a great sleep. After a long day at USJ, it is very nice feeling to go in the opposite direction of the crowds on the train!! Short walk and a nice 7-11 has many snacks nearby! Staff is very helpful with answering questions. ALSO BE SURE TO TURN ON HOT WATER HEATER! ELSE NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER! Simple to do, but easy to miss the instructions!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Subway station, restaurants, shops, Kuromon Market, American Village, Dotonbori...... are all within walking distance. The room we booked is 19 square meters which is a reasonable size for two people. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Walking distance from the Tempozan Harbor Village (Tempozan Giant Ferries wheel, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, Osaka Harbor). Lots of convenient stores, restaurant nearby. Quite neighborhood. We can cook food with ease.
The location is fantastic. It is in Ame-mura (American Village). My daughter enjoyed checking out the vintage clothing stores. I enjoy the guitar shops (used & new). The hotel is also close to Dotonbori. Having the convenience store (Family Mart) on the 1st floor was awesome, too! The public bath, sauna & woman's lounge was a big bonus for me.
Cozy little guest house with a nice common space at the ground floor. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Mii is a lovely landlady, always smiling and cheerful. She even invited me for a day trip to the stunning village of Koya.

Nice location, right next to the Shinsaibashi shopping street. 10min. walk to the next metro station. The "pods" are set up like small traditional japanese rooms wich are really nice and clean. Shared bathroom and toilets are very clean and modern with a wide range of toiletries. There is also a communal bath on the 9th (or 8th I forgot) floor. Staff was really nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect for short term stays.
We recently stayed at a vacation rental near Dotonbori with our family and were truly satisfied with our experience. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and having a convenience store nearby was a major plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the area!
We stayed at a vacation rental close to Universal Studios and had a wonderful experience. The futon was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. The area was also very quiet, which was a plus. However, the place was a bit tricky to find, so I highly recommend watching the guide video they provide. I think we will book here again. The stay was very affordable, and we were completely satisfied.
