The check-in process is very smooth. They just provided us the lock code ahead of time. The room is very cozy and complete with appliances and beddings. I like the futon beddings. It's also near to the train station and other tourists spots. Will definitely come back here soon!

The Fun House accommodation was too good to stay with my family. It had a small kitchen facility for basic cooking. The rooms were pretty clean. The hall space was good with a TV. The bedrooms were well decorated. The futon mattress was good enough. The bathroom was massive and good. There is a washing machine too, which we used it too (due our long stay). One lagging part would be lack of car parking; but this is well informed in the booking page aswell. Would definitely stay here for my next Kyoto trips too.
