The room we got was spacious and clean, also the view was great. There was toilet and shower in the room even if there’s shared onsen which was very clean and cozy. The view from the outdoor bath was very cute. The welcome snack was delicious, so the breakfast. That’s one of the most delicious miso I’ve ever had!

Perfect Rykon experience. Maruyama san and his staff were very helpful. We arrived without booking the dinner and when stated our interest in having a traditional Japanese meal they facilitated that at short notice and what an exceptional meal. My wife forgot her glasses at the premises and Maruyama San promptly couriered it to our Kyoto hotel. Highly recommend.
