The breakfast was very nice, with real coffee for a change. The lovely couple of owners went well over and beyond their duties, helping with good advice and suggestions for what to do when we leave. The visit to Nara was worth going back 25 km.

The location is great and it was a short walk to the park to see the deer and temples.
We also found a good restaurant nearby.
Incredible value - clean, simple. Comfortable beds and good shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice details like earplugs incase of noise (there wasn't any noise when we were there).
