Kanzaki is a sleepy little village that’s been forgotten. That’s the best part. It’s quiet, pretty and an ideal place to chill. I came for three nights and stayed for another three. Bring all your food if you like cooking. There’s an excellent kitchen with every appliance and utensil that you may need. There’s also a great share pantry with plenty of herbs, spices and condiments. The train station is an easy 17 minute walk away and this makes it accessible to all the wonderful tourist locations. The lovely hostess is warm and kind and cares for her guests like family. You’ll love it.

Scenic old building in an old Japanese style. Very clean, stylish and comfortable, with a great attention to detail. The stuff is very helpful, kind and friendly.
