I text them few times here let them know I need late check in as my train will arrive around 9:30pm, staff reply in the same day and wait for me, help me lift the heavy luggage to 1/F. The dinner was superb. The room has the ocean view with many of Matsushima islands. The hot spring bath were great. They had one on the main floor and on the top floor with the outside view. I also had the oil massage. The hotel decor is Indian Buddhist. It is very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed the meals.
