The host was super helpful, went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Dropped us to the train station in the morning, provided complementary melons amongst other things. The property itself is as advertised - spacious, well furnished rooms, almost brand new. Location is in outskirts of Furano, be prepared to walk a bit if taking public transport or take a taxi. Would highly recommend for all travellers looking for authentic Japanese homestay experience.

Large and comfortable holiday house that is very conveniently located. It’s only a 5 min walk from the restaurants away, or 10-15 mins tho the lavender fields. It has 5 separate rooms which could host 10 people. Even traveling as a family of four, the house still made us feel comfortable.

The host was a beautiful Japanese lady who was very attentive. It was a very Japanese experience- like living in a true Japanese guest house. It was authentic Japan in a cute village in the snow. A great place to stay whilst skiing. Old fashioned great service.
Such a pleasure to stay in a brand new hotel at the top of Furano Village.
The Hotel is immaculate and has had a lot of thought put into its room fit out and general facilities.
It’s look and vibe are modern chill yet incorporating local art and influence in its decor.
Management must be great also as all the staff are outstanding, thank you to you all especially Hana & Aisha at front desk ( hope I spelt that right )

The Villa was perfect for a group of 6. It’s very spacious and well appointed with everything you need. Beds are wonderful.

Great location, 5min walk to ski lift, or via free hotel shuttle bus. Comfortable room, but triple room felt a little cramped with additional bed squashed in. Onsen outfits provided, Smart TV and lovely view over snow covered village
The managing société AAF is excellent: responsive, helpful, and the brought to the villa the skis we had sent to their office.
