I stayed for a week and the host was so nice recommending the tourist attractions and everything I need. The house is at good location with really cute and warm decorations, and it’s so clean as well. The guests I stayed with were also friendly.

Lovely location ideal being central. Bus stop nearby. Supermarket walkable. We hired a car and parked outside. Very spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend and we would go back! The host was great even though we had to use google translate and he took us to the hire car garage. Really useful to have washing machine

This is simply a stunning home and an incredibly comfortable retreat on Amami. We visited in the height of summer and greatly valued the excellent A/C. A great kitchen makes self-catering a breeze; the serene tatami room (sleeps 4) is lovely and the futons and bedding were comfortable and freshly laundered. The balcony is lovely but Amami in July was too hot to want to be outside. The owners (who live next door) are lovely, great communication, very kind and friendly. They dont speak English but have a translation device. Location is great, a quiet spot just off the main trunk road and walking distance to restaurants and a big supermarket (also an easy 2 minutes by car). Good parking for a small K car or hatchback. Good wifi. We really liked the place and if we ever go back to Amami we will stay here. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.

Everything! The house is beautiful, the village and the beach is amazing and Amami is heavenly.
The house has everything you need and it’s very comfortable. Having the windows open at night to let in the fresh air and the sound of all the animals was great! We were surprised there wasn’t a single insect in the house, despite Amami’s tropical climate.
The coral reefs are pretty far off shore at Kuninao beach, but we found that they were a bit closer at the southernmost end of the beach, near the cliffs. We were even visited by a sea turtle out there! The beach is at its best at sundown, but when it gets dark the hermit crabs become active, and it’s so much fun watching these little guys struggling with their oversized homes
There’s a great lunch place nearby too, Bee lunch, with tasty food and friendly chicken :)

This stylish little house is very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and perfectly located. We loved having our breakfast with a wonderful view of the sun rising over the ocean. The house can be reached in less than 10' from the airport and is very close to the most amazing beaches of Amami Ōshima. We totally loved our stay here and can highly recommend the island and this holiday home. Truly a hidden gem!
This place was paradise! Amazing pool, amazing view, right on the beach. The ocean and beach were beautiful. The villa was clean and had all the amenities one could need. This place was the highlight our our trip.
Location was great. A good base that is quiet, close to the airport and has great food options near by. Incredible snorkelling right out the front with sea turtles. The villas has access to water sport equipment. My booking was well priced. Owner was helpful with recommendations.
