The apartment is beautiful, very big and very well equipped. The location is extraordinary: it's basically in the center (everything is easily reachable by foot) yet in the rather peaceful street (windows are looking to a small back street) so it's quiet during night. It's easily accessible by car (the stuff created a ZTL permit for us so we can enter the city) and the near private garage parking is very convenient and 100% safe. They even let us leave the car there longer while we were visiting the city on the day of our check-out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they provided us with very detailed instructions and pictures (as everything is automated, from online check-in, through entering the building and the apartment with an app or password and at last entering the parking area with a card and opening your garage with a remote). Unfortunately, we didn't read everything thoroughly so we were a little bit confused when we arrived (totally our fault) but the staff was available on WhatsApp and they helped us immediately. So just pay attention to provided instructions, it's super-detailed and everything is written there. I totally recommend this apartment and if we return to Verona, we will be definitely staying there again.
