The property is like a castle filled with art and beautiful elements from the family who lived & owned this very well maintained & carefully cared structure. Interior & exterior is impeccable! The host provided all the necessary essentials, although we had to buy toilet paper during our 5 night visit. It would have helped to have instructions in English for the washer/dryer. The host did not visit us during our stay, and there was a little confusion about collecting the keys. The host does not speak English, which I believe was noted on Booking.com. Only one bedroom has air conditioning. The property is an apartment, not a separate house. Just FYI, the parking is on the property in a narrow space. We were driving a Citroen C-5 Air-Cross, and it barely fit into the parking space. The location was excellent, as it was within easy driving distances to the major sites, such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Cortona, Arezzo and Greve in Chianti. The small nearby town of Strada in Chianti is very nice and within a short walk from the apartment.
