This was by far our most pleasant stay in Sicily! We loved everything, from location (free and safe parking directly in the street & surroundings - rather rare match for Sicilian cities!; if you come by train/bus - perfect for you as well since both stations are nearby), accommodation and the room itself (everything is brand new, comfortable, squeaky clean and simply beautiful), and mainly it was for our amazing host Stefany whose warm welcome and care made us feel like home. The amount of attention and love she puts in her job of welcoming guests from all around the world is just admirable. My advice to anyone looking for a place to stay in Syracuse / Ortigia : Do not search anymore and book this one! We will definitely return to Syracuse very soon and stay in Ortigia's Gate again.

Absolutely a loving place to stay. Maria and her familly was extraordinary! We felt totally at home and we are extremely grateful for the great time that they showed us in Siracuse! The apartment is in the best location, very central, very comfortable. Highly recommended for famillies and large groups. Maria offered free shuttle from the train station to the property for 8 people, which was unexpected and very much appreciated.

The apartment was clean and welcoming. The location is amazing, It is very central and and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and all the main attraction. The host (Vincenzo) was extremely helpful. He told us about the landmarks, restaurants and secured a FREE parking spot for us. The wifi is fast. Definitely 100% recommend if you plan to visit Siracusa, Ortigia.
