The views were stunning and really nice rooms and terraces. Rooms have some lovely decorative touches and were clean. Breakfast room was beautiful too.
Staff were extremely effective communicators both before and during the stay. Hugely accommodating with any requests regarding check-in/out. Very easy stay and felt well looked after.

Sophia is a gem! I had jetlag and am new to travel. She took care to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Lovely person! At first, I was concerned about getting into the center of Perugia. Sophia called me a taxi each time I needed to go into town, and told me about the mini-metro that runs from very close by into town every two minutes. It was like traveling with a best friend who knows the town! (She does!) Ask her for restaurant recommendations, nearby towns to see, how to get around town, how to travel. She is the BEST! I'll be back!

This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The owners of the villa live in a nearby villa, responded efficiently to every request and protected our privacy.

Stayed at about 10 different places on Italy this trip and this could be the most enjoyable. Spacious accommodation. It seemed the definition of villa living. Generous spaces, beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom with fireplace nook. "She said she felt like a princess here."
On a 1 to 10 scale this place was a 15!!! Beautiful villas set in the rural countryside with gardens and olive trees everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!
