The location and proximity to all you want to see is great. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The apartments are modern and clean - beautifully fluffy towels and a great shower. It was handy to have a fridge and small table.

Excellent location, great host. He recommended restaurants and the market which were just what we wanted. We took his advice and visited the Boboli gardens which were lovely even on a damp day and gave a sense of perspective over this wonderful but intense city. We had a comfortable bed and good quality bedding. The bed was tidied for us daily.The little courtyard at the hotel is pretty and it was very quiet. Unlimited tea coffee or water was nice.

Great pool in all terms, better than in most other places, very few people or nobody was around the pool during our stay, great restaurant right next to the property. Host even kindly provided us with the breakfast at 07:00 since we had to leave early for the airport. Thank you!

The hotel was very nice. Decor lovely, well kept and clean. Staff were very friendly. We had a hire car which we parked there. It's one single drive, so if others come you have to give them your keys to let other cars out. About four cars can park in one line. En-suite was amazing. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence.
