Location is amazing, in the heart of this cute town, lake view and access to numerous restaurants, both in main square and lakeside. Bed is comfortable. wifi worked very well, including on balcony. we appreciated bottle of water left for us, coffee machine and some basics in the kitchen. The Owner was OK with us leaving our luggage at the apartment an hour before, which we very much appreciated, so we could at least go have lunch or walk around, whilst cleaners were cleaning for that hour (though they left our luggage on the landing after they finished, and shut apartment door, instead of inside the apartment itself, so technically, anyone who gained entrance into the building could have walked away with it). Passignano is an amazing town, locals are kind, and they have disproportionate number of excellently rated, good value for money, places to eat all on Seaview's doorstep (eg Osteria Cuore di Mamma).

Monica was an absolutely beautiful welcoming host! She was always quick to respond to messages/queries. It was a great novelty staying in the walls of the village of Castiglione but having a stunning garden with views of sunset and sunrise from on top of a turret was so spectacular. My 8yo loved running around smelling all the roses. It was so nice to soak up the sun with a view of the lake and surrounding countryside while eating breakfast (which was delicious and substantial). Monica generously offered an adjoining room for us when my husband was a last minute addition. The rooms were clean with a modern bathroom. It was easy access to free parking (Monica will let you know where) and it was close to everything - admittedly the village is tiny but it was peaceful and quiet being away from the main area.

We loved our stay. The hosts could not have been more helpful. We wanted the use of a kettle and a couple of different sized pots and they were immediately provided. The pool area is just fantastic and the view is stunning.
The beds are comfy and everything was spotlessly clean.

Peaceful appartment beautifully furnished with a spectacular view of Lake trasimeno. The hosts were so lovely . Special baking is delivered outside your door for breakfast…Letitia even made a gluten free vegan cake just for me . The spa is great at the end of a day travelling to visit the many hilltop towns…and the view on the terrace with a wine is special. Castle Rigone is the nearby village and one can eat there.
The house was super clean with all facilities for cooking, air conditioning in both rooms and located in a nice quiet area not too distant from the village and near a good sized supermarket
Very well maintained property. We stayed in a villa for 2 families. The pool is very big as well as there is a grass entrance to the lake. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.
This is a night stop off on our way to southern Italy. The hotel was value for money, and the staff were helpful. The village 10 mins walk has great restaurants, watch out for the mosquitoes.
