The elevator up to the fourth floor was such a treat giving us a glimpse into the past. Everything was perfect! We had excellent communication with the host who helped us arrange nearby parking and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Check in/check out was smooth. The location is fantastic. It’s in the heart of the historic center, walking distance to all the sights in the city. The room was reasonably quiet considering the location. There was a bit of street noise but nothing too bad. We enjoyed the balcony with lovely views over the city and the original artwork that adorned all of the walls! I would definitely recommend La Maison del Sole for a stay in Palermo.

The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.
