Ilaria and her family were extraordinary nice and gave us great tips of the area. The villa is strategically located to discover all of umbria. The apartement in the villa itself was amazing, you feel taken back in time. Every detail is thought through and it was spotless clean. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, record player, library with games, kitchen to use and we even got snacks and coffee for breakfast. I would definitely recommend and return to this special place.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner excellent. I missed our on the Sunday night dinner, but I knew that beforehand. Although I didn't use the pool, for others it most be an excellent asset. I managed instead a good walk has my enjoyment thanks to a family member of the staff who pointed me in the right direction. The veranda was a lovely placer to seat and relax and reflect early morning. The family staff were very conscientious to make you feel welcome.
