Luca was very friendly in sending us all the information to make sure we had a good check-in (we would arrive late due to ferry delays). Secured parking behind a gate, which was exactly what we needed. Excellent location to go into the city centre, within 5 minutes you're inside the walls around the city. Good breakfast.

The location was perfect for our 3 days in the beautiful Lucca. We live in Florence but have always wanted to visit this city.
Maria was extremely sweet and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice, which is quite remarkable considering it's a small 5 room hotels and run by 1 person.
The rooms are exactly as the photos but even more quaint and beautiful in person. We could happily have stayed for any length of time and not needed anything differently. There was a beautiful bath tub in the room, which we used with the complimentary Prosecco that Maria had left for us, knowing it was our Anniversary.
I've stayed all over Italy but rarely leave reviews. This place had it's own magic

The property is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything is decorated perfectly and with taste, our room was incredible and in this bed i might have had one of the best sleeps of my life. It is obvious that the owners run their business with a lot of love.
The owner and her partner are sweet, polite and very customer oriented. The homemade cakes for breakfast were delicious. It was amazing and we would definitely return.

The facility generally was amazing. The double room was dark and not laid out ideally for us. This being said - the staff was fantastic, helpful and the vibe of the palazzo made all guests feel special.
