The view was amazing. We stayed in the loft so also had a jacuzzi which combined with the view was just brilliant. Carmelo and Marcia could not do enough and although breakfast was not included fresh bread and croissants were delivered and hung on the door each day.

The hotel is in an ideal spot if you want to be central. It is a couple of minutes walk away from Corso Umberto, about 5 minutes from the cable car and not much more to the amphitheatre and the bus station. Plenty of bars/restaurants around (underneath and opposite for a start). Yes, there is noise which starts early in the morning so if you want a quiet, out of the way hotel then this probably isn't for you but we loved the buzz and the convenience. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

We stayed 2 nights in a double room with terrace and 2 nights in an apartment. Overall, great stay; great location.
The apartment was a bit tired, decor-wise but very spacious and stunning outlook with balcony onto the Piazza. Shame no microwave in kitchen.
The double room was fresher and brighter and very nice, with a useful large terrace space (although facing alleyway).
Poor hairdryers in both accommodations.
